Corporate Training

We work closely with employers and individuals to design and deliver tailored training solutions aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term value. Our programmes in constructions, numeracy, literacy, and digital skills support employee and individual development by promoting health and well-being, building confidence, improving inclusion and integration, strengthening essential life skills, and preparing learners for employment, self-employment, or further learning.
 

This corporate training department will deliver a purpose-driven, inclusive learning offer focused on Construction, Mathematics, and English up to Level 2, supporting:
 

  • Economically inactive adults into sustainable employment

  • In-work employees to upskill and progress

  • Learners progressing into higher education (HE) pathways

Our provision will be locally responsive, high quality, and accessible, aligned with statutory entitlements and regional skills priorities.

Operate in alignment with the Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs) for the following England regions:
 

  • Greater London Authority (GLA)

  • West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)
