To construct quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, integrity, and craftsmanship and provide education and learning for sector specific programmes which support our regional aspirations.
Objectives
Enhancing Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness
Reducing administrative burden and allowing for faster implementation of construction services and make sure our system delivers cost effective solutions without compromising on the quality of provision
Fostering Partnerships and Collaboration
Promote collaboration between employers and other Further Education Colleges (FECs) to formulate a cohesive and integrated approach to skills development and employment support in the region. Promote the sharing of best practices and successful strategies among providers to enhance overall service quality and outcomes.
Make sure High Quality Provision
Implement robust assessment and evaluation criteria to ensure our high quality on our construction training programmes
Upskilling and reskilling the Literacy, Numeracy and Digital skills
Provide these skills to learners and employees in SMEs to improve productivity and growth and is targeted on residents currently under represented areas in the region in partnership with FECs
Place-Based Local and Regional Strategies
Align with the specific employment and skills strategies and priorities of our regions, addressing local labour market needs and supporting local place-based and regional economic growth

We are committed to carbon reduction and energy savings both on our premises and on our clients’ sites. Initiatives include replacing halogen lighting with LEDs alongside our comprehensive site waste management programme.
